レッスンを休んだ分の振替は可能ですか？
可能です。
出席管理システムから、欠席連絡と振替の操作をお願いします。
出席管理システムの利用マニュアル
都合によりレッスンに出席できない場合は必ず「欠席する」ボタンを押してください。（後日振替も可能です）
出席管理システムで振替先の選択肢が出てきません
そのコマが満席の場合は振替先の選択肢に出ません。また、翌月のスケジュールは毎月20日に表示されます。
休む場合はどうすれば良いですか？
お電話やメール、LINEでの連絡は不要です。
出席管理システムで「欠席する」ボタンを押してください。
※ 後日の振替も可能ですので、出席できない場合は欠席ボタンを押していただけるようお願い致します。
振替の期限はありますか？
振替の期限はお休みした月を含む3ヶ月間です。

マイクラとコードコネクションが「接続できません」と表示が出てつながりません

Minecraft for Windows10を使用するため、Windows10の環境が必要となります。
Zoomでのレッスンとなるため、内蔵カメラがない場合は外付けWebカメラが必要となります。
また、タイピングの練習やScratchに使用する推奨ブラウザーはGoogle Chromeです。
ジュニアプログラミングコースの受講には何が必要ですか？
パソコン(WindowsまたはMacでも可)、カメラが内蔵されてない場合は外付けのWebカメラ、マウスが必要になります。
Scratchと動画カリキュラムはブラウザー(Google Chrome推奨)で開きます。
パソコンが重い（動きが遅い）時の対処方法はありますか
パソコンに複数のアプリケーションや動画、画像を保存していると重くなります。また、使い終わってからスリープ状態のままにし、電源を切らずに使い続けることにより重くなりますので、使い終わったらパソコンをシャットダウン（終了）をするようにしてください。
その他、Windowsのアップデート（更新）がかかっている、セキュリティソフトをインストールしていると動きが遅くなる場合もあります。Windowsのアップデート（更新）は時間がかかる場合があるため、レッスン前日に確認することをおすすめします。
